CNC TURNING

Our CNC turning section has three CNC Lathes. All equipped with the latest tooling and OneCNC offline programming software. Our recent addition to this section, Doosan Puma 2100Y, has a Y axis with live tooling. This allows us to manufacture parts complete offering an efficient and cost-effective service.

We are able to manufacture parts made from all kinds of materials including aluminium, brass, copper, mild steel, plastics and stainless steel.

Telmar CNC has three CNC Lathes with different capabilities

Doosan Puma 2100Y lathe with live tooling. 12 station turret, 8” chuck, 65mm dia bar capacity, max machining dia 480mm, max length 785mm. Fanuc control.
Yam CK3B CNC lathe. 8 station turret, max machining dia 520mm, max length 1200mm. Fanuc control.
Doosan Puma GT3100 Lathe. 12 station turret. 12 inch chuck. Machine can turn up to 700mm dia. Fanuc control.

Our CNC machines are supported by conventional machining equipment.
